    ECHS poly Clinic should be in bellary also, because since the csd canteen is situated, people come from far places and simultaneously they can avail both the CSD and ECHS facilities.for smaller OPD treatment we have spend money from our pocket and although we have to spend journey expenditure for taking treatment at dharward.
